A four-month-old boy with secondary pseudohypoaldosteronism (PHA) type I due to megaureters and pyelonephritis caused by Citrobacter freundii

Escherichia coli is the most common causative agent that has been identified for patients with secondary pseudohypoaldosteronism resulting from a urinary tract infection. This paper reports a four-month-old boy with secondary pseudohypoaldosteronism due to pyelonephritis caused by a minor pathogen, Citrobacter freundii.
